I have always possessed a profound sensitivity for understanding the feelings of others, and that capability is now the foundation of the work I perform.
Based on my personal experience, and in collaboration with our team, I developed a care model that extends beyond coordinating procedures: a model that prioritizes comprehensive wellness (physical, emotional, and human) at every stage of the process. My commitment is for every individual who engages with our services to feel understood, supported, and completely secure.
From my role as CEO, I lead the vision and strategy of COLSURGERIES with empathy, clarity, and purpose. I guide an international team dedicated to providing ethical, attentive, and warm medical experiences, ensuring that every patient undergoes their transformation in the hands of professionals who genuinely care about their well-being.

My professional path has always been guided by service. After graduating in Sociology and Psychology, I began my career as a Homeownership Counselor, assisting families and first-time buyers in making decisions with clarity and confidence. That work taught me something fundamental: behind every objective there is a story, an emotion, and a personal dream. And when someone feels supported, anything becomes possible.
Later, I became a real estate agent, where I honed my skills in communication, organization, and negotiation. Assisting people in finding a home—a place where they can heal, grow, and build their lives—profoundly shaped my way of understanding the responsibility I have toward every client.
Today, that same dedication is what I bring to ColSurgeries. I firmly believe that a medical experience must feel humane, warm, and dignified. My mission is to ensure that every client receives world-class attention, connection with the best specialists in Colombia, and genuine support from the very first message through to their final recovery.
