Botulinum Toxin: it is recommended to wait between 24 and 48 hours before returning to the gym. During this time, the toxin sets properly, and product displacement is avoided. Results begin to be noticeable between 3 and 7 days, with the full effect at 14 days.
Hyaluronic Acid: wait 48 to 72 hours before working out. The effect is immediate, but the product settles progressively during the first week. Intense exercise could increase swelling or interfere with this process.
Lip Contouring and Augmentation with Hyaluronic Acid: it is advisable to wait at least 72 hours before resuming physical routines, as the lips may show slight swelling. The results improve within the following 5 to 7 days.
Collagen Biostimulators (Ellansé, Sculptra, Radiesse): it is ideal to avoid intense physical activity for 3 to 5 days to allow for correct product integration. The effects appear gradually between 3 and 6 weeks, with continuous improvement up to 2 to 3 months.
Radiesse: you can return to the gym after 3 to 5 days, when the initial swelling has disappeared. The product offers an immediate tightening effect, and collagen stimulation is enhanced between the 4th and 8th week.
Facial Lipolytic Enzymes: it is recommended to wait 5 to 7 days before exercising, as heat or increased blood flow could affect the result. Effects begin to be observed from 10 to 15 days, with progressive reduction of facial fat after each session.
In all cases, it is suggested to avoid extreme heat, saunas, or high-impact exercises during the first few days and to gradually resume physical activity.
